Jeremy just finished making a new batch of Five-Orange Corriander Ginger Vodka. This our third batch that is infusing and will be ready on Veterans Day November 10th. Batch #2 is bottled and available in three new drinks at Charlie’s Irish Pub. Also, check out the new drink menus courtesy of our friends at Jameson Irish Whiskey. The new menus feature 20+Â delicious fall/winterÂ recipes to try and new beer additions – Lake Superior Oatmeal Stout, Kwak Dark Belgian Ale, etc. Also, Charlie’s Restaurant isÂ adding another 35 bottles of wine in November. Come check out the four big flat screens in the pub thatÂ we just installed this fall.
Three changes are now in place for our Sundays at Charlie’s Restaurant and Irish Pub. Our food schedule has changed as follows: OurÂ Champagne Brunch has been extendedÂ until 2pm and now featuresÂ a Chef station whereÂ our culinary teamÂ creates made toÂ order omlettes and waffles.Â Secondly, our dinner hours start early at 4:30pm on Sundays. In addition to our regular dinner menu we will be offering a Prime Rib Buffet for $21.95.Â Our Executive Chef, Christian Orosz, has included aÂ hand carved Prime Rib, ChefÂ station where we will build a unique pasta dish for each guest, Chicken Pot Pie, Salmon with Lobster Sauce and much more! Finally, in Charlie’s we have a Happy Hour special that coincides with the Vikings game that is all about the number 4.Â There are $4 drink specials include beer, wine, Jameson and our famous Infused Screwdrivers and Bloody Marys.Â DuringÂ the game in the pub there is also a 4-centric appetizer special which includes: .40 wings, $1.94Â Bacon-Cheddar Sliders,Â Â Onion Rings, Fish and Chips, Mini Reubens and Coconut Shrimp.
