Each course paired with a specially selected glass of wine.

Wednesday nights for $34.95 per person

Served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, reservations suggested.

With Charlie’s Tartar Sauce and Lemon

Lemon & Herb notes for the tartar sauce, Melon notes with the walleye; mmm…

 

Second Course

Grilled Margarita Flat Bread

Picket Fence Pinot Noir

Spice and bing cherry notes will pair nicely with this starter.

 

Main Course

Lobster Ravioli

Lobster Bisque with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Crème Fresh

Curtis Heritage Couvee

This Rhone blend will pair nicely with the sweetness of the lobster and stand up to the tomatoes and cream.

 

Dessert

Poached Pears

Stuffed with Cream and Chocolate

Firestone Gewürztraminer

The stone fruits will pair nicely with the pears on this light dessert.
