Each course paired with a specially selected glass of wine.

Wednesday nights for $34.95 per person

Served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, reservations suggested.

Braised Leek Soup

With Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms

Gabbiano Pinot Grigio

The saltiness of the soup will really bring out the fruitiness of this Italian Pinot Grigio.

 

 

 

Second Course

Cool Roasted Shiitakes

Barbecued Onion and Basil Oil

Maximo Tempranillo

This light, zesty Spanish wine is a great match for earthy foods.

Main Course

Rack of Lamb

 Crispy Polenta and Mustard Sauce

Medusa ‘Pig Pen’ Zinfandel

Rich with abundant flavors of cherry, cedar and pepper spice.

Cinnamon Cranberry Bread Pudding

With Vanilla Anglaise
