Each course paired with a specially selected glass of wine.

Wednesday nights for $34.95 per person

Served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, reservations suggested.

Starter

Roasted Shrimp Wontons  

With Spicy Mango Dip

Twisted River Riesling

Dry, yet fruity, crisp and well-balanced, with fresh apple and pear flavors and hints of grapefruit.

 

Second Course

Spinach Salad

with warm vinaigrette and bacon and dill

Don Olegario Albarino

This bright citrus wine will complement the lobster nicely.

 

Main Course

Cilantro Crusted Tuna

With Bok Choy and lemon sesame Vinaigrette

Goodnight Chardonnay

A crisp chardonnay

 

Dessert

Fudgy Chocolate Cheese Cake

Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel

Rich, dark berry flavors from the small grape clusters are balanced with French and American Oak.
