Each course paired with a specially selected glass of wine.

Wednesday nights for $34.95 per person

Served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, reservations suggested.

Chickpea Hummus

With Toasted Pita Crisps and Roasted Red Pepper

Rich, creamy layers of apple and citrus flavors that mingle with hints of almond

 

Second Course

Spicy Vegetable Soup

With Corn Tortillas

Vibrant, fresh fruit flavors of pink grapefruit, quince and lemon.

 

Main Course

Seared Scallops

With Parmesan Risotto and Roasted Beets

Silver Palm Chardonnay, Santa Rosa, CA

Apple and pear on the nose, peach and lemon on the palate with a flinty finish

 

Dessert

Pound Cake

Vanilla Custard and Fresh Berries 

Franciscan, Merlot, Napa Valley CA
