Bedlam is a band born out of the talent pool of the MN Renaissance Festival. Over the years the band has had a diverse sound and many different members. Its recent incarnation is a folk band with a hippie attitude. Many familiar songs with a different slant along with some original material as well. As the name implies a stage with this group on it is not a very stable one and you never know who may show up and sit in on a set.

Original singer-songwriter/performer (Minneapolis/St. Paul), a child of the new ACOUSTIC POP ROCK wave will be sure to get your attention with his engaging stage presence and lively music. This high energy acoustic guitar player and singer will be sure to have you off your seat and wanting more of these original tunes.

September 11th & 12th   – Lojo Russo

Whether playing festivals or front steps, coffee houses or concert halls Lojo Russo connects with her audience in a way few performers can. Her enormous stage energy, powerful voice and percussive playing style belie her small frame. This little woman puts on one heckuva big show

September 13th Vinnie Rose

Vinnie Rose’s debut album, The American Dream, is a genre crossing culmination of over a decade’s long vision. Opening with the explosive dance pop song Scream it seamlessly meanders through rock, country, pop, and Americana. Minnesota/Wisconsin locals are quick to recall weekend cabin trips to the lake while listening to Castin’ to the Wind and Lake Country. Love song enthusiasts enjoy the simple yet meticulously produced compositions of In the Air, She Dreams, and My Bride. Vinnie’s social commentary on the title track, The American Dream, is always a crowd favorite. The album finishes with the programmatic art song, Drop the Needle

A high-energy Irish/folk band based in Saint Paul, MN highlighting the sweet stringed sounds of the fiddle, stand-up bass, guitar, and mandolin. Traditional Irish Music and Irish Rock with a twist! Broken Spoke never fail to deliver an outstanding performance that will have you up on your feet before you know it!

October 2nd & 3rd  Barry Nelson

Born in Belfast Co. Antrim Ireland, Barry has been playing music since his early teens performing in Ireland, England, Denmark, and Sweden currently based in Virginia U.S.A. He has crisscrossed the U.S.A. many times from Cape Cod to Florida, Maryland to Minnesota. He has played with Coribb Folk, Pennywhistle, and as a solo artist for the former Irish Prime Minister Albert Reynolds and President Ronald Regan. He is never short of a toast, song or story so come listen sing and party with Barry Nelson.

October 9th & 10th    – Hounds of Finn  “Harvest Fest Weekend!!!”

Blend spirited toe-tapping, foot-stomping, hand-clapping, Celtic-infused, Americana-influenced Folk Rock with infectious enthusiasm, electrifying energy, and technical finesse, and the result is the rousing, crowd pleasing entertainment that is the hallmark of every Hounds of Finn show. Joined regularly by special guests, the Hounds of Finn are Pete McCauley, Michelle MacGregor, and Lojo Russo. Don’t miss them at a festival, theater, or pub near you!

October 30th & 31st   – Paul and Lorraine –Special Halloween Weekend

Paul and Lorraine started with a rouge folk band (Folk Underground), then split off to form their own duo.  They bring a wide variety to the table, including: lots of drinking, lots of losing your love, plenty of death, doom, and destruction, along with happy little nights in the Pub. They take requests and will play almost anything (if they know about half of it!)
