This week we will be offering our Four Course Wine Dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Nights

 Four-Course Menu

 

Starter

Mussels

Served in an aromatic sauvignon blanc sauce with garlic, cilantro and tomatoes.

Brancott Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc and mussels are perfect together.

 

 Second Course

Crisp Lettuce Salad

With tomatoes, black beans corn, mozzarella cheese, smoked chicken and a chipotle, ranch dressing.

Silver Palm Chardonnay

This un-oaked chardonnay has bright tropical fruit flavors and a crisp citrusy finish.

 

Main Course

Grilled King Salmon

Grilled with basil oil, and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Chehalem 3 Vineyard Pinot Noir

Bright acidity with cherry and hints of black tea and smoke

 

Dessert

Warm Pecan Pie

Sandeman’s Character Sherry

Dried fruit and nuttiness pair nicely with pecan pie

Additional Upgrades to Charlie’s Winter Menu

Enjoy a few free upgrades to some of your favorites from Charlie's Restaurant and Irish Pub. Your Seafood Platter will now be upgraded from two Snow Crab Clusters to three quarters of a pound of split King Crab Legs. Also many of our sandwiches and all of our delicious half pound burgers will be served on fresh baked Ciabatta Buns. Happy Holidays from Charlie's Restaurant and Water Street Inn.
