Dewars White Label Blended Whiskey
In 1899, Dewars’ first Master Blender, A.J. Cameron created White Label. Since then, it has won over 100 awards and is as full and round as it’s always been. A swirl of honey, with a sprig of Scottish heather. Rich, golden and warm. Clean, fresh vanilla, with a slice of pear. Soft, fruity and well-rounded.

Dewars 12 Year Blended Whisky
After aging, Dewars 12 year is returned to Vintage oak casks and aged again so it can mature a little more. This extra step is called double-aging. It means the flavors stay awhile in the cask creating an even smoother blend, with a long lingering finish. A drizzle of honey, homemade toffee apples & crumbly fudge. Warm, buttery and mellow. Juicy sultanas and fresh citrus with a wisp of vanilla. Clean, full and lively. Melted caramel, folded in slowly with a trace of oak.
Rounded, smooth and lingering.
Hearts of Romaine, Tomato and Onion Salad
Dewars 18 Year Blended Whisky
Only using Scotland’s finest 18 year old malt and grain whiskies to create the full, smooth & creamy blend that is Dewars 18. They return their blend to vintage oak cask for double-aging. Slow spoonfuls of honey poured over fruit. Rich, golden and mellow. Almond and vanilla cream with smooth butterscotch Soft, buttery and sweet. A full finish, rich oak and deep velvet.

Crab and Shitake Stuffed Filet Mignon with Diver Scallops
Aberfeldy12 Year Single Malt Whisky
Almost incense-like on the nose, with heather honey and a fruity softness, notes of pineapple, toast and cereal. On the palate; full bodied & syrupy, lingering on the tongue like a liqueur. Full flavored finish with the perfume characteristics becoming more spicy and a bitter hint of Seville oranges in a decidedly dry finish.
Chocolate Explosion with Vanilla Ice Cream
Aberfeldy 21 Year Single Malt Whisky
Deep gold color with amber highlights and a pleasing aroma of heathery honey followed by a fruity softness, hints of vanilla and burnt wood. Full flavored on the palate with touches of Seville oranges lingering on the tongue. Full bodied with a long, spicy, dry finish.

Join us for our 6th Annual Gent’s Night Bourbon and Cigar Dinner featuring rare small batch bourbons and delicious food from our new Executive Chef Christian Orosz.
Registration and first course served at 6pm with social hour until 7pm when we will be seated for our second course. We will have a guest speaker to help us appreciate the fine spirits and give away some excellent prizes. We will also be giving away a gift certificate for our Irish Whiskey dinner tentatively set for the Thursday before St. Patricks Day. Maria Carmen from International Cigars will also be on hand rolling some of her beautiful Dominican Cigars. The price of the event is $69.95 and includes five generous drams of bourbon and well paired food from Charlie’s Restaurant as well as two premium cigars.

The 5th annual Gent’s Night Out will be on Thursday, Dec. 4th.Â We will be featuring our usuall five course meal, while learning the finer points of cigar, and bourbon appreciation.Â The Jim Beam Distillery will be featuring Makers Mark, Basil Hayden, Knob Creek, and the newly released limited addition (ri) 1 premium rye whiskey.Â Appetizers will commence at 6pm, dinner will start at 7pm.Â Hotel rooms for anyone attending the Gent’s Night willÂ be $79.Â Accepting online reservations, at email@example.com, or call 651-439-6000, as space will be limited.Â Be apart of the tradition at the Historic Water Street Inn.

Gent’s Night Out
Thursday, December 7th, 2006 starting at 6:30pm.
The evening will be dedicated to the art of Bourbon, Scotch, and Cigar appreciation. Select Stillwater merchants will be on hand to assist the Gentlemen with choosing a perfect holiday gift for that special someone.
Paired with a five-course dinner, each course with a different Bourbon or Scotch described by Ken Hansen.
