Floral, herbal hops, & grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits are complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. A delicate spicy tone comes through and the lingering fresh fruit & hops give way to grains of barley & a signature smooth finish.

Prosciutto Wrapped Rabbit
with Onion Boxty, Onion Jam & Micro Greens
Jameson Caskmates Stout
An initial aroma of freshly cut hay is complemented by a crisp orchard fruit character – green apples and pears, with a twist of lime zest. Mild pot still spices appear, deepening from green tea to hazelnut and milk chocolate. The initial sweet mouth coating typical of the Irish pot still inclusion is quickly complemented by the subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans from the beer cask finish.

Israeli Cous Cous, Asaparagus Spears, Fresh Herbs, Parmesan Cheese & a Balsamic Glace
Jameson Black Barrel
Time spent maturing in these barrels leads to intensified aromas of butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee. Nutty notes are in abundance alongside the smooth sweetness of spice and vanilla with a toasted wood finish.

Braised Bison Short Rib
With Colcannon Potatoes, Honey Love Carrots & Pan Jus
Jameson Coopers Croze
A subtle flower petal-perfume develops into rich ripe fruits, while some charred oak and cedar wood bring balance and complexity – a seamless infusion of American and Spanish oak character. The initial impression is from the sweet vanilla of the American ex-bourbon barrels. This brings added depth to the rich fruits typical of the ex-oloroso sherry butts. A pleasant touch of hazelnut and toasted wood complement the pot still spices. With a pleasantly long finish, vanilla sweetness slowly fades to barley grains with a touch of oak char.

12 January 2010 – Charlie’s Irish Pub is proud to announce the 1 Year Anniversary of Charlie’s Jameson Club. To mark the occasion Charlie’s gave away a 1.75 Liter of Jameson signed by the entire staff to one lucky member of the Jameson Club. The Club boasts members from as far away as California and Michigan and has over 100 members with 17 whom have completed the “10 Great Ways to Get to Know Jameson.”  In 2009 Charlie’s sold over 4,000 Jameson drinks. Charlie’s offers more than 20 different Irish Whiskeys and features live Irish music every weekend.
