Smoked Duck- Irish Stout Cheddar with cranberry compote
Well balanced, the wine excludes aromas of green apple, pear, tangerine, butterscotch and a mineral note of struck stone. Replete with crisp acidity, the wine is fruit driven and boasts a lush, creamy texture in the mouth.
Waldorf Salad- Raisins, chopped celery, apples, and walnuts tossed with Chantilly dressing
Columbia Crest Chardonnay
Aromas of apple, pear and caramelized sugar carry through to the palate, the refined flavors of this Chardonnay end in a lingering finish that gracefully balances the fruit, and slight notes of butter and oak.
Steak and Lobster- 4oz cold water lobster tail served with drawn butter and lemon
4oz beef tenderloin steak served with bordelaise sauce w/horseradish mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus
Cambria pinot noir
This wine develops aromas of ripe cherry, strawberry, cranberry, and blueberry fruit on the palate. Red fruit, vanilla, and cinnamon are well balanced with subtle earthy flavors.
Cranberry Walnut Christmas Cake
Domaine Ste. Michelle
Blanc de Blancs is made primarily from Chardonnay and has essentially the same fruit profile of aromas of pear and apple with similar flavors and a toasty coconut finish
