Starter

Beef Carpaccio

Thinly Sliced Pepper Seared Beef on Baguette with a Caper, Gherkin, Anchovy Sauce

Estancia, Pinot Noir, Monterey County CA

Aromas of dark berries and caramel, blueberry and creamy vanilla and a lingering finish

 Second Course

Endive, Radicchio and Arugula Salad

Topped with Crumbled Bleu Cheese and Crispy Prosciutto. White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Root: 1, Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Chile

Pale green with citrus and tropical aromas, floral and mineral notes. Crisp finish.

 

 

Main Course

Sicilian Pork Roulade

Mascarpone, Basil and Sun-dried Tomatoes with a Red Wine Demi-Glace

Gnarly Head, ‘Old Vine’ Zinfandel, Lodi CA

Robust berry flavors and exotic spice notes. Layers of Vanilla and Chocolate.

A Nutty Crust with Chocolate, Irish Cream and Frangelico. Caramel / Raspberry Sauce
