It’s easy to book your room online. Just click on the Check Availability link in the upper-right corner of this page or call us at (651) 439-6000. We’ll be happy to answer any of your questions and help you find just the right room.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, and Diners Club.

Policies

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm, check-out is 11:00 am.

All rooms are based on double occupancy. Any additional adults are $30 per adult (additional people are only allowed in St. Croix Suites, Parlor Suites, Queen Suites, and Bridgeview Suites, with a maximum of 4 people). Cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply. As one of the top pet friendly hotels in Stillwater, MN, pets are allowed in certain room types. Photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

Please let us know if you are canceling your reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. No-shows and cancellation made less than 7 days will be charged for the entire stay on the credit card provided.

Parking

We have our own private parking lot, located just north of our building. ​Parking is available in our reserved parking lot, there is a fee of $19 per car per night; subject to availability.

Non-smoking

The Water Street Inn & Charlies Restaurant is non-smoking. Smoking in a non-smoking hotel room will incur a charge of $250.
