Check-in time is after 4:00 pm, check-out is 11:00 am.
All rooms are based on double occupancy. Any additional adults are $30 per adult (additional people are only allowed in St. Croix Suites, Parlor Suites, Queen Suites, and Bridgeview Suites, with a maximum of 4 people). Cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply. Pets are allowed in certain room types. Please call for details: 651-439-6000.
Photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Please let us know if you are canceling your reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. No-shows and cancellation made less than 7 days will be charged for the entire stay on the credit card provided.
We have our own private parking lot, located just north of our building. Parking is available in our reserved parking lot, there is a fee of $19 per car per night; subject to availability.
The Water Street Inn & Charlies Restaurant is non-smoking. Smoking in a non-smoking hotel room will incur a charge of $250.
