Our signature all-inclusive Micro Wedding package covers the full celebration — cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, décor, and your choice of venue — for one straightforward per-person price.

Cocktail Hour
A fully hosted social hour with call brands, plus passed or displayed hors d’oeuvres:
- Caprese skewers — fresh mozzarella, grape tomato, and basil with a balsamic drizzle
- Peppered beef crostini with horseradish cream
- Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Salad Course (choose one)
- Mixed greens with cucumber, red onion, and tomato, finished with white balsamic vinaigrette
- Caesar with romaine, croutons, and shaved parmesan
Plated Entrée (choose two, or a dual plate)
- Asiago Chicken — Asiago-crusted chicken with Pommery cream sauce
- Chicken Soubise — pan-seared chicken topped with Gruyère cheese and classic soubise sauce
- Sunset Citrus Salmon — grilled with an orange-soy glaze, topped with ginger slaw
- Roasted Pork Loin — herb-crusted with apple demi-glace
- Bistro Steak — red wine and mushroom demi
All entrées are served with fresh rolls and butter, plus a starch and vegetable of the chef’s choice.
